The 30th International President, Dr. Glenda Baskin Glover, has outlined the 2018-2022 International Program Theme as “Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service,” which focuses on five program targets, one signature program and seven community impact days created to achieve the sorority’s goals of “service to all mankind.”

The five targets that are designed to advance the mission of Alpha Kappa Alpha with excellence and underscore our commitment to sustainable service are:

  1. HBCU for Life: A Call to Action

  2. Women's Healthcare and Wellness

  3. Building Your Economic Legacy

  4. The Arts!

  5. Global Impact

The Omega Rho Omega chapter will continue to fulfill Alpha Kappa Alpha’s mission to be of Service to All Mankind by addressing the critical issues that impact the lives of African Americans in our service areas: Eastern Henrico, Charles City and New Kent counties.
